A 19-year-old man and two 16-year-old boys were arrested following gunfire that struck a parked car and apartment building in Redwood City on Thursday night, according to police.
Officers responded at 8:51 p.m. to reports of shots fired in the 1000 block of Adams Street and arrived to find a vehicle parked in an apartment complex driveway with a gunshot hole in the rear window and multiple bullet strikes to the exterior of an apartment building, Redwood City police said.
