Former Horry County nonprofit treasurer arrested again after embezzling $70K

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A man was arrested this week on several charges, including breach of trust, months after he pleaded guilty to embezzling from a Loris nonprofit.

Keith Massey served as treasurer for Giving Hope Gardens, a nonprofit that helps adults with special needs foster life skills through gardening.
