The future is here: Waymo cars have no drivers behind the wheel in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Waymo announced “autonomous mode activated” this week in Nashville, meaning the training wheels are off and its fleet does not have humans behind the wheel in Music City.

This launch comes after months of testing around Nashville, but safety concerns and federal investigations loom across the country.
