PACE, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pace man, who is a former labor union treasurer, has been indicted on fraud and embezzlement charges, News 5 has learned.

Baldwin County shooting leaves 1 dead

According to a Department of Justice news release, 40-year-old Clarence Penny was indicted on eight counts of bank fraud, one count of embezzlement of labor union funds, and three counts of falsification of labor union reports.

Penny’s jury trial has been scheduled for April 16, 2026.
