What caused Central NY lights to flicker and Syracuse University’s dome to go dark

Syracuse, N.Y. — Lights flickered twice in thousands of homes across Onondaga and Cortland counties Wednesday night and made Syracuse University’s JMA Wireless Dome do dark during a game.
