CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 50-year-old Horatio Reynolds in connection with an ongoing stalking and attempted kidnapping investigation at the View Apartments.
Reynolds, identified as the third suspect in the case, faces charges of Stalking, Criminal Trespass, and Loitering and Prowling.
