GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Leaders of the board of directors for Newcap are responding to recent FOX 11 Investigates reports about the agency’s use of taxpayer money that is meant to help low-income residents in our area.
In a statement, the board’s executive committee says it “takes these allegations seriously and will be as transparent as possible as we gather facts and the situation unfolds.”
FOX 11 Investigates has spent the last several weeks speaking with former employees and board members who allege Newcap is struggling financially due to factors that include high executive salaries and not using taxpayer money as it was intended to be used.
