MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — There are new developments in the case of a Milwaukee boy accused of fatally shooting his mother when he was just 10 years old.
The boy, now 13, is charged with first degree intentional homicide in the 2022 shooting. Police say he killed his mother over a video game.
