Man convicted of felony terroristic threats, judge cites public safety risk

LINCOLN, Neb. — A Nebraska judge sentenced Julius Krynsky, a man convicted of terroristic threats to three years in prison, ordering the term to be served consecutively to any other sentence the defendant is currently serving.

The court’s sentencing order states the defendant was convicted on Count II, terroristic threats.
