Utah-based barbecue pitmaster Les Rhodes Jr., who has gone viral on social media, is preparing to open his first brick-and-mortar location in Texas, at a location on Westheimer.
Rhodes, known as Les BBQ to more than 1.2 million followers, announced on Instagram his plans for an oxtail shack in Houston.
Rhodes, who has a restaurant in Draper, Utah, called Les BBQ Sandwiches, has brought Texas flavors to the Salt Lake City area with his slogan, “Texas in every way,” a phrase featured in his oxtail videos…
