LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Police Department is asking people to avoid a central Lincoln neighborhood as they search for a person believed to be armed and dangerous.
On Friday, just before noon, officers were called to an apartment complex in the area of 26th and K streets in response to a stabbing.
A man who appeared to be conscious was placed on a stretcher and taken away in an ambulance. Police said the 50-year-old victim was stabbed at least twice and remains in the hospital with serious injuries…
