Restaurant Roundup: Kitchen takeover, sourdough doughnut pop-up, return of El Burrito

After a successful Downtown Burger Battle run out of The Hello Hi, the food truck 605 Island Guy is serving inside the bar this month. Dinner hours, which began this week, are 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Here’s the menu.

Bima Microbakery & Kitchen will be part of a Valentine’s Day vendor pop-up at Nordic Hall. The event begins at 10 a.m. at 218 W. 13th St. Owner Olivia Coya specializes in sourdough doughnuts made with high-quality, organic ingredients.
