MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Mardi Gras is returning to Manitou Springs this weekend with the 33rd Annual Manitou Springs Carnivale parade.
The parade will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the 600 block of Manitou Avenue and end at Soda Springs Park. This year’s theme is “All You Need is Love,” coinciding with the event falling on Valentine’s Day.
