A 911 call reporting a Salem woman’s violent stop by immigration officers describes her screaming that she was a U.S. citizen even as agents broke her window and “flopped” her to the ground.
The woman suffered a concussion, a torn rotator cuff and bruised ribs in the Jan. 29 encounter, according to officials from her labor union and a Latino advocacy group who released details of the stop.
