The Oregon House of Representatives on Feb. 12 unanimously passed a bill aimed at expanding responsive services for veterans in crisis.
“When it comes to veteran issues, at the top of the list are those concerns having to do with mental wellbeing of those who have served our country in our armed forces, particularly those who have endured combat conditions,” Rep. Rick Lewis, R-Silverton, said.
