KAPOLEI, Hawaii (Island News) — Brug Bakery has made its way to West Oahu, at its newest bakery that’s now open at Kapolei Commons.
If you’re driving off the freeway onto Kalaeloa Boulevard, you’ll be greeted by the shopping center’s newest sign for Brug Bakery before turning right to stop by the bakery. The German-influenced Japanese style bakery is opening its sixth location on Oahu with a grand opening set for Valentine’s Day, Saturday, Feb. 14.
Brug recently began its soft opening, welcoming residents from Kapolei from all around to their ono selection of pastries, specialty cakes, teas, lattes and matcha. This Brug has the largest bakery out of all the locations on the island…
