KINGSTON — A second child died as a result of Wednesday’s fire at a North Welles Street residence that claimed the life of his younger brother.
Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said the 13-year-old boy died in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest due to fire-related injuries.
