5-story mixed-use development planned on Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, MI — Tom Stegeman left his mark on Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor over a decade ago when he developed the Arbor Hills Crossing shopping center featuring businesses such as Lululemon, Anthropologie and Zola Bistro.

He’s now proposing a new mixed-use development on roughly two acres across the street.
