BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore City Department of Transportation announced temporary street closures and parking restrictions during the city’s Black History Month Parade.
The parade will be held on Monday, Feb. 16, beginning at noon, at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Eutaw Street.
