CHARLOTTE – The Improper Pig is opening its new flagship location in Plaza Midwood on Feb. 16.
Located at 1600 Central Ave., the new restaurant spans 3,100 square feet, with seating for 68 guests inside and 100 on the outdoor patio. The space features an outdoor bar, an expanded kitchen to accommodate a wood-fired grill and smoker, a refreshed brand identity and a design aesthetic that incorporates the character of Plaza Midwood.
