FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A Cumberland County judge denied bond for a Fayetteville teenageraccused of stabbing his mother to death this week.
Isaac Tracy, 17, is being charged as an adult with first-degree murder. He made his first appearance in the Cumberland County Court on Thursday
