FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Valentine’s Day is almost here, and restaurants are scrambling to get ready for the wave of love-birds dining in.
But, those restaurants are also preparing for heartbreak in the form of reservation cancelations. And this year, it seems many caught the love bug.
“We started seeing reservations for Valentine’s Day right after New Year’s. It falls on a Saturday. Might matter a lot. We are a smaller restaurant, so we have about 140 reservations,” General Manager at The Standard Rajan Bisla said…
