Fresno County jail records show 38-year-old Frankie Luna Ochoa, the man who allegedly robbed a postal worker at gunpoint in Fresno, has been arrested.
Valley Crime Stoppers says just two days after a $150,000 reward was announced, local law enforcement reached out to say Ochoa was in custody.
