HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– Temporary fencing that was put up at the Governor’s residence in Harrisburg following the arson attack last April is now gone, giving residents a new look at the security upgrades put in place.
Replacing the temporary fence is now all-new anti-climbing fencing. The upgrade is one of many implemented at the residence following a long list of security recommendations after last year’s attack.
Cody Balmer scaled the old fence last year, broke inside the home, and firebombed it while the Governor and his family slept. Balmer pleaded guilty to multiple charges and is now serving 25 to 50 years in state prison…
