LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A pair of motorcyclists are expected to be charged in connection with a high-speed chase in early January through West Hempfield Township.
Around 9:20 p.m. on Jan. 8, Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) troopers were on a routine patrol on Pennsylvania Route 462 when they tried to pull over two motorcyclists traveling next to each other and apparently communicating.
