LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two previously convicted felons in Louisville were indicted Friday on new charges, including drug and weapon offenses, according to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office.
Justin Miller, 37, was indicted on Feb. 13. A news release states that on Dec. 30, 2025, Miller “destroyed, mutilated, concealed, removed, or altered” physical evidence. Investigators also found him in possession of a handgun, despite multiple prior convictions, including robbery and escape.
