MAUMEE, Ohio — The “open” sign is back on at Dino’s Diner, steam is rising from the coffee pots once again and customers are filling the booths just like they used to.
The neighborhood favorite has reopened under new ownership after briefly closing following the death of longtime cook Tim Haase. Former owner Dean Yakamithis had made the difficult decision to close the restaurant after Haase’s passing.
Now, Xavier and Evelyn Rosales have stepped in, determined to preserve the spirit of the beloved diner…
