PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Five teenagers face aggravated murder charges in connection with a December 2025 homicide that occurred in the 1500 block of Atlanta Avenue in Portsmouth.
Detectives took the suspects into custody between Dec. 24, 2025 and Jan. 15, 2026.
