SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office declined to file charges for the Salt Lake City Police Department’s use of deadly force in December.
The police department said that early in the morning on Dec. 13, suspects fled after exchanging fire with an officer downtown.
