Five Guys is bringing a first-of-its-kind dining experience to downtown Las Vegas, and it includes a major “brand first” that loyal fans haven’t seen in the company’s 40-year history. The burger giant has officially confirmed it will open a new location at the Plaza Hotel & Casino, marking the end of a decade-long search for the perfect spot on Main Street.
Unlike any of the nearly 2,000 other locations worldwide, this outpost will debut a specialized Five Guys hot dog cart this spring. Situated under the Plaza’s iconic glass dome near the Carousel Bar, the cart will serve the brand’s signature all-beef dogs—split, grilled, and served on toasted buns—to capture the high-energy foot traffic of Fremont Street. The addition of an outdoor grill cart specifically for the Vegas nightlife crowd is a clever pivot that could set a new standard for future flagship locations.
