GARNER, N.C. (WNCN) — Troopers have charged the driver involved in a fatal crash with a box truck earlier this week on Interstate 40 in Wake County.
According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, troopers charged Arnel Michael Christian, 27, of Clayton, with felony death by motor vehicle in an early Sunday morning crash on I-40 East near Jones Sausage Road.
