INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Professional drag racer Jasmine Salinas confirmed she will compete in the U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis this September.
Salinas drives the Valley Services/Scrappers Racing Top Fuel dragster, a 12,000-horsepower vehicle capable of exceeding 330 mph.
The confirmation comes as Salinas enters her third season in the professional ranks of the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series. A resident of Brownsburg, Indiana, she has achieved a personal top speed of 334.90 mph and can travel the length of four football fields in less than four seconds…
