Concord Fire crews tackle storage unit fire in minutes

CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The City of Concord Fire Department was dispatched around 9 a.m. Friday to a reported commercial structure fire.

Firefighters and apparatus arrived within two minutes to find smoke and flames coming from a storage unit. The fire was brought under control within 10 minutes of crews arriving.

One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, and there were no other reported injuries…
