PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Retired FBI profiler Mary Ellen O’Toole has probed deeply into the minds of some of the most notorious criminals in America’s history. She has worked the Unabomber, Zodiac, Natalee Holloway and Green River killer cases among many others.
10 On Your Side has profiled O’Toole in the past and the forensic research she is doing as a professor with George Mason University.
