WARREN, MI – An arrest has been made in a narcotics and animal cruelty operation in Warren following a search warrant.
On Feb. 12, the Sheriff’s Enforcement Team, composed of detectives from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office and the Warren Police Department, executed a search at the 1400 block of Hobart Avenue.
