GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Frandreka Deltrice Woods, 32, was arrested yesterday after allegedly cutting a man with scissors.
At about 11:06 a.m. on February 13, a Gainesville Police Department officer responded to a home in the 700 block of NE 12th Street, where Woods and the victim were helping a friend clean out a house. Woods became upset with the victim and allegedly tried to hit him with a stick, but the victim pushed her away…
