The Jersey City Board of Education (JCBOE) voted Dec. 11 to approve a $275,000 settlement with a former Jersey City Public Schools (JCPS) psychologist who claimed in a suit that she experienced workplace discrimination and retaliation so severe it forced her to resign from the school district.
