Polk County operations lead to dozens charged with drug trafficking

POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd announced the takedown of dozens of alleged gang members involved in the trafficking of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

He discussed Operation Bloodline and Operation Flatline where he said the drug trafficking organization was operating in several counties, including Polk, Hillsborough, and Pasco.

During his news conference, Judd held up pictures of four victims, ages 21 through 50. Three of them died from overdoses, and one is in a nursing home, unconscious, unlikely to ever recover…
