Flood Watch for San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands Feb 14
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands starting Monday morning, February 14, through Monday evening. Heavy rain may cause flooding, rock and mud slides, and debris flows, especially near steep terrain and burn scar areas in Los Angeles County and Ventura County.
Flash flooding is possible in low-lying and urban areas, and some roads or low-water crossings may become impassable.
