GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – One in every five girls and one in every 10 boys will experience some form of physical or sexual violence in the United States, according to Futures Without Violence.
Lourcia Hardin experienced domestic violence when she was 19, saying it felt like self-betrayal.
