A 58-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Gabrielle Linehan on S. Grand Ave in St. Louis. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reported that he faces charges including first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree robbery, four counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
The shooting occurred on Tuesday in the 2300 block of S. Grand Ave in St. Louis. District 3 officers responded quickly after reports of the incident. Surveillance footage showed the suspect, described as a Black male, fleeing the scene wearing a yellow-green reflective safety vest and a white hard hat. Authorities have advised that he should be considered armed and dangerous.
When officers arrived at the scene, Gabrielle Linehan was found unresponsive inside a vehicle at a Starbucks drive-thru with a gunshot wound.
