FIFE, Wash. — A woman was hit and killed by a driver as she was crossing the street in the darkness in Fife Friday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of Pacific Highway at around 5:40 a.m. When they arrived, they found an adult female pedestrian and a male driver at the scene. The driver cooperated with officers, according to the Fife Police Department (FPD).
