KAIMUKI, Hawaii (Island News) — Partial lane closures will be in effect on 10th Avenue in Kaimuki on Tuesday as Hawaiian Electric crews replace a damaged utility pole.
Hawaiian Electric will replace a damaged utility pole in Kaimuki, which will partially close the makai-bound lanes on 10th Avenue on Tuesday, Feb. 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The closures are towards the area of Tamura’s Fine Wine & Liquors, between Keanu Street and Waialae Avenue.
Traffic in that direction will be detoured through 9th Avenue, but the mauka-bound lane on 10th Avenue will be open. The crosswalk at Waialae and 10th Avenue will be closed as work is in progress…
