ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — While AVLFest will live on, the name no longer will as the founding partners forge independent paths moving forward.
According to a social media post, Co-founders Jeff Whitworth and Bryan Matheny will be going their separate ways, and in a decision that reflects gratitude for one another and the Asheville community, the name of the musical event will change.
