COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Sandy Lenz-Jackson’s figure skating coach challenged her to dream big from the very beginning.
“She sat me down one day and said, ‘I want you to make a list of your goals,’ and so it started out with, you know, I want to learn this jump, I want to learn this spin, I want to go to this competition,” Lenz-Jackson said. “The last thing on the list was making it to the 1980 Olympics.”
