HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A local former FBI agent said Nancy Guthrie’s case should have been handled differently from the start.
Cecil Moses is a former FBI agent and former Police Chief in Madison. With experience in both law enforcement agencies, he believes this case should have been handed to the FBI immediately after Guthrie was reported missing.
“I hate to be critical of any law enforcement agency, but clearly that agency didn’t have experience dealing with something of this significance because I don’t believe there was real, thorough work done on the front end of the crime scene,” Moses said…
