Local woman arrested pursuant to domestic disturbance

On Friday, February 13, 2026, Millbrook police responded to the 100 block of Duck Cove with regard to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers learned that a 22-year-old resident, later identified as Haley Ingram, was allegedly causing a disturbance, arguing with relatives, making threatening statements.

During their investigation, responding officers were able to deescalate the situation and it was determined that Ms. Ingram was agreeable to leaving the premise for the evening, in order to ensure that the disturbance would not continue/escalate. Prior to leaving the residence, Ms. Ingram stated that she needed to retrieve personal items, allegedly indicating to officers that she needed to retrieve her Marijuana. Officers advised Ms. Ingram that would not be permissible, at which time Ingram allegedly, in officer’s plain view, took possession of plant material, which appeared to be Marijuana, stating, y’all are going to have to take me to jail before I hit one of you.” Ingram then physically shoved a police officer, pushing him with her full body weight and force, while continually resisting officer’s efforts to take her into custody…
