The Courte at Citrus Heights, at 6825 Sunrise Blvd., recently sold to EDJEN LLC for $7.6 million, according to a Sacramento Business Journal report, helping the senior care center to avoid a receivership threatened in a lawsuit filed early last year. A receivership involves a neutral third party being appointed by a court to manage, stabilize, or sell a property or business.
The 48-bed memory care facility was previously listed for sale in early 2025, according to prior reports. The listing has since been removed from the commercial real estate site LoopNet.
