Six boys wrestlers from Chadron High School will be heading to Omaha for the Class C Boys State Wrestling Tournament after the C-4 District Tournament in Broken Bow Saturday as Layne Davidson, Colin McCoy, Bricen and Braden Wright, Jayce Hoffman along with Carson Long will be heading to Omaha.
Davidson in his senior year is a district champion at 190 pounds to lead the charge for the Cardinals. Two wrestlers earned runner up finishes with McCoy at 113 and Bricen Wright at 190. Hoffman got third place at 150. The Cardinals were rounded out with Long at 138 and Braden Wright at 175 finishing in fourth place.
