Jamarcus Fennel, born in April of 1990, is being charged with Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance (crack cocaine), Felony Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Felony Fleeing and Eluding Police, and Summary Driving While Suspended, according to Easton Police.
Fennel is suspected of selling crack cocaine in the downtown area over recent weeks, police said.
Vice detectives attempted to take Fennel into custody during a vehicle stop at approximately 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 12, authorities said. He was operating a red Ford Mustang with PA registration MVG-7064 when he fled police at a high rate of speed, according to the release…
